Terms and Conditions Gowin –
Complete Platform Usage Guide

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the Gowin platform — whether via the website at gowin.ceo or via Gowin App — you hereby agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using the Gowin platform immediately. Acceptance of these terms is an absolute condition for using Gowin's services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and gowin ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming which together form the entire agreement between both parties.

To register and use the gowin platform, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years old on the registration date
• Being a valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident
• Not listed on any self-exclusion register or gambling prohibition list from any relevant authority
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person
• Have never had a gowin account previously closed or suspended due to a terms violation

Gowin reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify member eligibility. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method.

Each gowin member is allowed to have one account only. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited, regardless of name, phone number, email address, or device used. Gowin employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or another party
• Keeping your account information up to date and accurate at all times
• Notifying gowin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Gowin will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or phone. Any such request should be reported to the Gowin support team immediately.

Gowin accepts deposits via multiple payment methods integrated with Malaysia's financial ecosystem, including FPX (online banking), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods displayed on the platform.

The minimum deposit is RM 10.00 for most payment methods. Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. gowin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems or banks.

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or eWallet registered under your own name
• Depositing using another person's account or third-party payment method is prohibited
• Gowin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the source of deposited funds can be verified
• Gowin does not charge any fees for deposits; however, fees may be imposed by your bank or eWallet provider

Players are eligible to make a withdrawal once the KYC process is complete and any applicable rollover requirements (related to bonuses used) have been met. Further details on the withdrawal process are available on the Withdrawal us.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30.00 for most methods
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or eWallet registered under your own name
• Gowin processes withdrawals within 1 to 24 hours on business days
• Withdrawals exceeding a certain amount may be subject to additional review for security purposes
• Gowin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals that raise suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering

If your registered bank account is inactive or closed, you will need to update your banking details in your gowin account and resubmit the required supporting documents before a withdrawal can be processed.

Gowin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and a VIP programme. All offers are subject to specific terms stated in Promotions page.

General rules applicable to all gowin bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, phone number, address, and device
• Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise
• Rollover requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal of the bonus balance is permitted
• Gowin reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is any suspicion of abuse or fraud
• Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the account

Gowin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of widespread detected abuse.

All games on the gowin platform — including slots, Bingo, premium slot games, and sports betting — uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or legitimate live market data from accredited providers.

General game rules:

• Game results are final once determined by the system. No appeals will be entertained to alter valid technical outcomes
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, gowin will resolve the case based on recorded server logs
• Wagers placed during system downtime or technical errors may be voided and refunded
• Gowin is not liable for losses arising from internet or device disruptions on the player's end

For sports betting, odds and betting lines are subject to change before a match begins. Confirmed bets will be processed at the odds in effect at the time of confirmation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any automation method to interact with the platform
• Exploiting bugs or technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Player collusion to manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
• Harassing other players or gowin's support staff
• Providing false information in any verification process

Gowin takes the security of all members' personal and financial data seriously. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications between your device and Gowin's servers.

The collection and processing of your personal data by gowin is conducted in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Full details on how we handle your data are available in the Privacy Policy us.

Gowin will never sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except:

• Required by Malaysian law or court order
• Required to process your financial transactions through authorised payment providers
• With your explicit consent

Gowin reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicious or potentially unlawful activity
• Requests from relevant authorities
• The player chooses to close their own account via the self-exclusion feature

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, Gowin reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses, bonus winnings, and balances associated with the problematic activity. Valid deposit balances will be returned once the investigation is complete, unless they form part of confirmed fraudulent activity.

Alternatively, if you wish to voluntarily close your gowin account, please contact the support team via live chat. All active balances will be returned to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, gowin is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party technical failures
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the user's negligence in safeguarding their password
• Differences in gaming experience quality due to the user's device hardware or software limitations

Gowin's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

Gowin reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances.

Continued use of the gowin platform after the effective date of any such changes constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to this document shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
